Our Team

Katie Schmierer RN
Director – Functional Nurse Coach – Labor Doula – Postpartum Doula- Childbirth Educator – Neurofeedback Specialist
The moment my first child took his first breath I knew I was called to serve women through birth. My passion lies not only in peacefully preparing the mother but in equipping her community and mentoring other women to serve in this space as well.
My years as a nurse, educator, doula and mother to 6 children have prepared me to create not just a doula team but a family of highly skilled birth-workers chosen to serve our community with excellence and honor.
My desire is that as you work with us you find yourself more free, more healed, more your true self than you ever though possible.
This is about creating a culture of honor one mama at a time.

Heather Getty
Postpartum Doula – Childbirth Educator – Neurofeedback Technician
Hi! I’m Heather!
I’m a mother of six children, childbirth educator, and passionate doula dedicated to supporting women through one of life’s most sacred journeys—motherhood.
My path to becoming a doula began with my own birth experiences, which profoundly shaped my understanding of how transformative, powerful, and spiritual birth can be. I was so thankful to have a doula with my fifth baby, which created such a peaceful labor and delivery experience. Having walked this road many times myself, I bring both professional knowledge and heartfelt empathy to every family I serve.
I believe motherhood is more than a phase—it’s a sacred calling and a vital part of blessing the next generation. My approach to birth work weaves together elements of natural healing, mindfulness, and intuitive care to meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of each mother I care for.

Johnell Regal
Labor Doula – Postpartum Doula – Childbirth Educator- Placenta Specialist
Hi! I’m Johnell!
I am a wife, mom of 4, and I absolutely love birth! I have a degree in biomedical equipment but God called me to the birthing world about 6.5 years ago. I have a vibrant passion for education and fitness, and love weaving these strengths into holistic support for new and expectant mothers.
I became a childbirth educator after having experienced a supernatural childbirth with my second child. I enjoy providing evidence-based insights on childbirth, breastfeeding, and recovery, while my commitment to fitness helps mothers I work with thrive in body, mind, and spirit during this transformative time. It is my deep desire to return honor, love and respect back to the birthing community. Every family deserves to be cherished!

Tori Dennis
Labor Doula – Postpartum Doula
Hi, I’m Tori!
I’m a mother of four and a devoted doula who believes that birth is a sacred and transformative journey. Each of my four births was uniquely different—ranging from cesarean sections to VBACs—and through those experiences, I discovered a calling to walk alongside other women as they bring life into the world. My personal journey has given me an empathy and understanding for the many paths birth can take. I know firsthand how powerful, vulnerable, and life-changing those moments can be.
As a doula, my mission is to provide calm, compassionate, and faith-inspired support that empowers families to trust their bodies and their instincts. Every mother and every story is different, and I count it as a true honor to be invited into such a sacred space!

Tasheena Browning
Postpartum Doula –
Hi, I’m Tasheena!
I’m happily married to my best friend and mama to 3 wonderful boys! As a doula, my greatest passion is supporting families during the beautiful and sometimes overwhelming season of welcoming a new baby. I strive to be the trusted, calming presence families want in their home—offering encouragement, practical help, and unwavering support.
Being the primary caretaker for my youngest son has led me to specializing in caring for NICU graduates and medically fragile newborns. I come alongside parents navigating complex medical needs, helping them build confidence and bond with their baby during this tender time. It is a profound blessing to do this meaningful work with a company I love!

Zoe Ngenzi
Birth Doula – Postpartum Doula
Hey there, I’m Zoe!
I’m a wife, mama, and birth + postpartum doula who believes motherhood is one of the most sacred invitations we will ever receive. After years of praying over my womb for the child I was told I may never have, God blessed me with my son. That journey has taught me the power of hope, prayer, and intercession, and deeply shapes the way I care for mothers today.
I believe birth is more than a medical event, it is the sacred birth of a mother and father, worthy of reverence, peace, and support. My care extends into postpartum too, because mama’s deserve to be cared for while they’re busy caring for everyone else. Whether that means prayer, a listening ear, nourishing food, overnight newborn support, or simply someone reminding you that yes, newborns really do make those noises, I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and never alone.
My hope is to help you experience the beauty, humor, holy chaos, and sacredness of becoming a mother. So, whether we’re breathing through contractions, celebrating their first cry, or laughing through the sleep-deprived days that follow, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Phoebe Mundell
Birth Doula – Postpartum Doula
Hi, I’m Phoebe!
A lover of animals, tiny humans, and mothers!
I had the unique privilege of growing up around the world as the daughter of a missionary family. Much of my childhood and young adult life was spent living and serving overseas, immersed in different cultures and holistic healing practices, learning that there are many beautiful ways to care for mothers, babies, and families.
Some of my most meaningful experiences came through serving alongside my mother, a nurse and lactation specialist. I had the opportunity to learn from and assist her firsthand as we worked together among underserved communities around the world. I watched her care for women and babies with both clinical knowledge and deep compassion—often in places where resources were limited and relationships, creativity, and attentive care mattered tremendously.
Those experiences shaped the way I see motherhood and birth today. They taught me to honor each woman’s story, culture, intuition, and individual needs, while recognizing how powerful it can be simply to have someone beside you who brings calm, encouragement, and steady support.
My heart is to create an environment where you feel safe, peaceful, cared for, and never alone. I want to be a reassuring presence for both you and your baby, supporting your choices, encouraging you through the unknowns, and helping protect the sacredness of this season.
Motherhood is a beautiful beginning, and I would be honored to walk beside you as you enter this new chapter.
